AFFIDAVIT FOR GETTING LLM ADMISSION

 

AFFIDAVIT

      I, .... S/O Shri .... R/O  ....   do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1.    That my age is       years.

2.    That I am an applicant for LL.M. (Full-time) Two Year Programme offered by         Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007.

3.    That I am not engaged in any kind of service, employment, trade, business           or profession.

4.    That I will not engage in any trade, business, service or profession during             the  course of my LL.M. studies.

5.    That neither I am presently enrolled as an Advocate with any Bar Council           nor would get enrolled as an Advocate so long as I continue my LL.M.                studies.

Or

That I have got my enrolment with State Bar Council suspended for my LL.M. studies and I am enclosing a copy of the Certificate issued by the State Bar Council to this effect.
